
Roshan holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree, with a specialty in Child & Community and Criminology. Roshan has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from Voluntary Out of Home Care (VOOHC) children, Spinal Cord Injury patients, High Physical Support, Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. Roshan has worked with participants and assisted to move to Supported independent living (SIL) from their family houses and the Public Hospital’s mental health ward. Roshan works with complex cases and collaborates with other providers to help participants achieve their goals. In addition, Roshan has an established relationship with the local providers, enabling participants to identify the most appropriate service based on their individual circumstances.
Roshan knows that it is essential to have a support coordinator you can trust to help you achieve your goals. Roshan’s emphasis is on compatibility and will offer you a choice of services. Additionally, he believes that each individual has a special gift and encourages his participants and families to make the most of their skills and abilities.
